3. House Rules & Stay Terms
Check-in & Check-out Policy
- Standard Check-in: 12:00 PM
- Standard Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Subject strictly to room availability and may incur nominal additional hourly charges.
Mandatory Identification
Every adult guest staying at Shristi Homes must present a valid government-approved photo ID card during check-in. PAN Cards are not accepted as valid proof of address by local authorities. Non-Indian nationals must present a valid Passport and Indian Visa / e-Visa.
Property Rules & Conduct
- Quiet Hours: Between 10:30 PM and 07:00 AM out of respect for neighborhood residents and co-guests.
- Prohibited Activities: Possession or use of illegal substances, loud parties, or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside air-conditioned rooms. Designated outdoor/balcony spots must be used where permitted.
- Property Damage: Any physical damage to room linen, wooden consoles, electronics, or bathroom fixtures caused by negligence will be assessed and charged prior to check-out.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in (12:00 PM): Full refund of any advance booking deposit minus nominal transaction processing charges (if paid via online gateways).
- Cancellations within 24 to 48 hours of check-in: 50% retention of the first night advance deposit.
- Same-day cancellations or No-Shows: 100% of the first night tariff will be charged or retained.
- Early Check-out: If you decide to shorten your stay after checking in, the night of notice is charged in full.
